My Take on Cooking

I don't post this to boast that I'm a great Chef. I wish I was, but when we talk about food there's something in it that we can't resist. When you think about your favorite dish, that very first time you tasted a heavenly, tasty pasta or just a simple scrambled egg you make at home that when it hits you it makes you drool. :)) I wasn't a good cook, but by practicing it and never giving up on my dream to cook for my family and boiffie it's all worth it. Practice makes perfect. ;)
